How does motion detection work?
How it works:
1. The camera captures video frames at regular intervals (every 100ms)
2. Each frame is analyzed by comparing pixel brightness between current and previous frame
3. If a pixel's brightness difference exceeds 100 units, it's marked as "changed"
4. Motion is detected when changed pixels exceed the sensitivity threshold
Example:
- 1% sensitivity = 1% of pixels need to change to trigger alert
- 20% sensitivity = 20% of pixels need to change (recommended)
- 50% sensitivity = 50% of pixels need to change (very large movements only)
